I like to watch fights! All these forums threads about what an asshole some fighter is, who is a drug user, womanizer or cheater... I couldn't care less what these guys are like in or out of the cage. I don't understand the obsession with that crap. It's MMA, not Keeping up with the Kardashians. People are shitty.

That's understandable. I felt the same way until I found myself rooting for Lesnar and the Diaz brothers and a few others. It just depends on how you look at it. I look at it as more showmanship than being an asshole but that's just with the examples but I'm sure Lesnar is not the nicest guy but so what? It is what it is.

Some of MMA's most renowned fighters could be major assholes for all we know... I somewhat agree with the TS' premise that we should care more about the fights than out the cage drama or personal tribulations. I get that but at the same time I'll never be able to root for someone like Jon Jones. I respect and admire his fighting ability and credentials but I can't really get behind the guy because he rubs me the wrong way and always has.

He would probably gas quickly, but wouldn't lack concentration & camp, so why not? I'm on the wagon if he gets signed.
