I'd like to propose "Mikey Bootstraps"


It's a shame his first name isn't Bill. Because "Bootstrap Bill" really has a nice ring to it, but we have to play the cards we are dealt in life.

* I can not cosign the whole "Iron Mike" thing. There is already Iron Mike Tyson and Chandler is no Tyson, Mike was one of a kind...
