Chandler is basicaly a Khabib upgraded with KO power

Aside from Khabib being far more established and unbeaten, the two are nothing alike.

Chandler is a straight wrestler and power inside striker. Khabib is a chain grappler with an unworldly ability to tie the best fighters in the world up - continually - and bashes them silly or submits them.

The Chandler hype is semi warranted as he's for sure a great freestyle wrestler with power in his hands, but he has nothing on Khabib's grappling in terms of effective cage grappling.

Chandler would be better compared to Gaithje. In fact, it's criminal that Chandler/Gaithje wasn't made instead and Dustin/Oliveira was for the belt. Both fights make more sense and are more interesting imo.

Chandler shouldn't be getting a title shot off of beating Hooker who literally just lost to Dustin before that fight. Gaithje hasn't had a win since his Khabib mauling, Dustin has had two wins, both top 5, and Oliveira is on an 8 fight win streak.

I would bet the house that these match ups would have all happene if McGregor/Poirier 3 wasn't such a big money fight.

Thought TS was gonna come up with some real analysis of both of their games, and instead is just some shit ass troll post.

Khabib had a different way of grappling guys than Chandler does. He was also a really big and strong lw. Chandler has better hands, but Khabib was just different on the ground. Hard to replicate.
