I'm interested to know whether Chael who will fight at a typical heavyweight size will be any different to the middleweight chael.

Being on TRT has enabled him to grow to quite a large size with low body fat. Do you think a 240lb Chael will be able to defeat a 220lb Jones? Will the 20lb weight difference allow Chael to dominate the wresting or do you see Jones using his TDD and striking to finish it?

I'm interested to see if Chael can have more dominant top control with his added size and strength. Maybe he won't be as pillowfisted as he was against Anderson when he weighs 30lb more in the cage.

Former mixed martial arts veteran Mike Dolce recently revealed that the former top middleweight contender Chael Sonnen is currently 240 lbs, and ripped.

Em pretty sure Tito and Rampage have entered the cage at whatever weight Chael will against Jones. Are you suggesting Chael is going to be the biggest LHW ever?

You need to study up on TRT. Those 100mg a week doses are some serious mass builders haha

They get whatever dose the doctor thinks is relevant, not necessarily 100mg. To fight in the UFC your T to E ratio needs to be under 4:1 so finding a doctor that gets you close to that would be in your best interest without breaking any rules. Furthermore any fighter with a TRT exempetion doesn't even need to follow the 4:1 ratio, so it's hard to know from a pee test what Chael's actual testosterone rating is.

This is a pile of donkey faeces. Jones will be much heavier than middleweight Sonnen on the night, and will smash him to smithereens. End thread, now let's all move on with our lives and forget this silliness.

Sonnen may be loaded up with TRT which should give him an unfair advantage, he will still lose badly.

He's significantly outsized dimensions wise, and is far behind in the skill department.

You would be wrong. Rampage and Tito came in around 220lb to 225lb. There is a reason the old heavyweight limit is around 235lb, most heavyweights couldn't cut to the lower division.

Chael, TRT and his nutritionist are the reasons Chael can cut from 240lb to fight Jones.

First post shed the light on a retarded OP. To hear it told by Overeem apologists, he used to cut down from 250 when he fought at 205. Both Tito and Chuck were seriously large weight cutters.

It's not an unfair advantage when it's within the rules. Otherwise genetics could also be seen as an unfair advantage and Bones with his reach and height would also have an unfair advantage.

Chael will.still be ridiculously compact compared to Jones

Considering that Tito came in at almost 240 on fight night, no.

He's isn't currently, and never will weigh 240 lbs while fighting

Dolce is full of shit

First of all Vinny Maghalaes already debunked that 240lb rumour and said Chael was actually 234lbs that very day. They train together and Vinny posts on sherdog.

secondly:

Tito 250lbs for the Rogerio fight.

No he cannot. Just like Forrest (for example) he will walk around a ripped 240 and then go down to 230, 225 to cut the rest then. He will rehydrate to about 230. There is no way you can rehydrate 35lbs in 24 h.

Rampage, Bonnar, Griffin and Ortiz have weighed that much.
Chael doesn't weigh 240. Dolce made that up.

Chael hasn't been heavier than 234. He's most likely 230 now, which is average for a LHW.

4:1 T/E ratio is for WADA (Olympic drug testing)

6:1 T/E is what the AC's allow.

The big difference though is that genetics are a part of every human being, a natural phenomenon. To close the gap with someone who is naturally superior to you by artificially super-enhancing yourself with TRT is unfair in my opinion and should be banned.
