You can teach an old dog new tricks... even from WMMA.

If anything, this shows how quickly WMMA is progressing. I can't think of any male UFC fighter being able to learn from Ronda and Miesha, while I can see fighters being able to learn from girls like Rose, Joanna, and Shevchenko. Crazy that Rose is only 25. Can't wait to see how much better she can get.
