I was wondering if anyone here has read/seen/heard anything on this? The sample page I saw included calf raises, which left my scratching my head. (the one attached to my neck)
i haven't read the book, and the only input i've heard is from t-nation, so it would obviously be more than slightly biased. i have used his programs before with awesome results, and yes they contained calf raises (gasp)
he includes calf raises in almost all his programmes. which at first turned me off, but it's the principles behind his programmes that are interesting. i think it's a way to rest inbetween major lifts in a 3-lift circuit. he uses the 3-lift circuit quite often.
