I am seeing these people say that the stoppage was late, so, I watched it twice more and both times I was thinking "okay this guy is uncomfortable and getting totally owned, but there is no way he is on the verge of unconsciousness via concussion. Im sure he would have wanted a chance to keep going. One time a group of guys brutally assaulted me for twenty minutes, but I was never close to unconsciousness because they were throwing the same kind of punches Chad was - hard but not intended to KO. So then I tried to think of an explanation and I got a theory - I watched the fight with friends the first time so we couldnt hear the commentary, and when I rewatched I had also turned off the commentary. So I am guessing Rogan and Anik were crying about the brutality of their sweet african darling recieving some mildly hard punches. for 20 seconds. They are cage fighters by trade. Let them bang bro

Nah, he was flailing around like a fish out of water on the bottom, but it wasn't like Laprisse GnP was devastating. Most of the shots were glancing and not real powerful.

The ref stopped it when it looked like Galore was on the verge of going out.

Ricardo Lamas is who I am worried about because he took a nasty Fall to the back of the head after getting his bell rung something very serious.
No late anything it was just a rough night for him man

Cormier was the color commentator.

I didn't watch that fight so I have no opinion on the stoppage.

I think it was a combination of Galore's inability to escape the position and 50 seconds left on the clock. Just because the punches don't knock you out does not mean they don't cause concussions

Na, I though it was a little early. The shots hurt but weren't devastating.

Right stoppage, Bofando was trying to defend himself for a while, but after like 5-10s of continuous GNP it was obvious that defense wasn't going to work. Definitely not late.

he was not out but he wasn't defending himself intelligently either.

you can't lay there and get pummeled from mount for a minute without the ref stopping it unless you're Chris Weidman.

I dunno. It looks like he was still looking active up until right before the stoppage.

Knockouts GALORE last night
