I was at the book store reading mags on lunch yesterday and saw a review for one of these.

Has anyone had a chance to use one? The author said he loved it as it allowed him to work kicks to the inside of the leg more realistically than a traditional heavy bag and with full force if I recall.

There is no way that will hold up to long-term and serious striking. However, it looks good for double leg takedowns.
