Does anyone know the dispersement ratio of CEM3 in NO-Xplode? Like a rough estimate of how many grams are in each scoop?
I have never stacked before and was gonna start the following that I found on a site.
# Wake up - a quick protein/simple carb shake
# 30 min after - creatine/NO
# Breakfast - test formula, joint formula, omega 3, multi, cort blocker
# Between breakfast/lunch - a protein shake
# Lunch - test formula, joint formula, omega 3, cort blocker
# 60 min after lunch - NO
# Between lunch/dinner - protein shake
# Dinner - test formula, joint formula, omega 3, cort blocker
# 60 min after - creatine/NO
# Before bed - protein
I was wondering about the NO-Xplode and the Creatine count in it. If its not much then I was gonna just take a plain Creatine Ethyl Ester Supplement. Thanks for any help!
