Israel had hell with Oscar Larios' range and activity in the rematch. And thats to say nothing of the problems he had with Gonzalez.

Molitor isn't special by a long shot. He's a good fighter though. Fuck I can't stand him though. Such a wank.

And I don't like Celestino's overcommitment with punches. He's land a good straight right and he proceeds to throw it 4-5 more times. He did it against PDL and it works from time to time because it's PDL, but I remember late in the fight and PDL counter and proceed to throw a flurry of his own that stopped his momentum momentarily.

Didn't you just say you didn't like Caballero's tappy tappy style? Then you say you don't like his over commitment? Thats like, the opposite thing, is it not?

    You're not racist, are you?

    All right. You got me.

I am just not sold like some people on Celstino. I watch his fights and I see those boxing idiosyncracies. From time to time, he throw slow, tap jabs. And then when he gets going, he will go machine gun crazy with one hand. If he wasn't so tall and lanky, he would have been caught by crazy counters from the elite boxers.

Well if you're not impressed with him stopping everyone who has beaten him then I don't know what to tell you. I never said he was removed FROM the crop of 122, but you almost speak as if he's slightly below it, or as if Caballero has more claim of being removed.

Shutout of PDL? Meh, it might not be true of Caballero but PDL can DEFINITELY be out-boxed and if you can Box better than he can throw a straight left then his power means diddly-fuck.

There's nothing breakfast nor burrito about that slightly reasonable facsimile of food.

And if Roy Jones wasn't so fast, Felix Trinidad didn't hit so hard....blah blah blah.

Well, nobody else has came close to doing what Caballero did to Ponce, regardles sof how easy it looks. That includes one of the most techincally gifted lower weight fighters of the last 20 years.

And I don't really think too much of the Larios rubber match. It was over way too early. Stopping Marquez i nice, but again, that was a rematch and Marquez is still a bantamweight and remains so, until he proves he can beat another 122 pounder.

I don't know that anyone will be able to equate to the types of wins a near 6' 122lb'er will get. Just that PDL has had moments where he's looked terrible, tough and full of endless cardio, but just not good.

I can agree about Marquez at 122, it remains to be proven. Just I feel that's how everything at 122 is, a big question mark that should play-out excellently. Hell even Pastrana/Gonzalez might be a good scrap.

Ive seen Molitor alot and I honestly think he'd box the crap out of PDL and might squeeze out a decision over Caballero.

Pastrana....oooh, that guy is shot. Fuck he was a good fighter in his youth though. Lazy, but one of the more gifted 108 pounders I've ever seen.

You are probably asking yourself. Why doesn't this guy like Celestino? He has some physical talent, aggressive and sometimes over commits, vulnerable due to lack of technical skills, but saved by physical attributes. His style can make exciting fights. Why?

... I do like him. I am just more critical with my assessment on him.

Ok, the real question is can stickman be successful at FW?

Does he have a chance against Linares or Luevano? Guerrero?

I'd like to see Luevano vs Guerrero. both have contrasting styles and would both exploit each others flaws.

I'd like to see Luevano in against real competition before people start annointing him. He's 27 and is he ready to make the leap?
