Fighters with 10+ fights are classed as Elite 1 and can fight anyone. The idea is to not have fighters pad their records with inexperienced fighters who will be at big mismatches or just there to lose

Edit: Strange because I remember another bout from the Bellator event getting cancelled for this reason; Solli vs. Kouadja; however the last Ares event had multiple fights that broke this rule. Slim Trabelsi vs. Luis Henrique and Shamil Gaziev vs. Kirill Kornilov

These regulations would invalidate many of Khabib's wins, such as when he was 11-0 and fought a guy that was 0-2. When he was 12-0 and his opponent was 1-1. When he was 14-0 and his opponent was 0-0.
