Vivi is a lot more skilled but her cardio really lets her down if she's pushed hard and not controlling the pace of the fight, and Casey is the exact sort of fighter that will likely bring those issues out.

Either Casey stifles her from the get go or Vivi wins the first 2 and loses the 3rd.

This is an extremely winnable fight for Casey. She should be able to use her well rounded skillset to finish her much older opponent that has relied mostly on athleticism to win fights throughout her career.

But if she allows Viviane to dictate the terms of the fight and has a cautious kickboxing match with her for the first two rounds, as she did with Maia, it is a fight she is certain to lose.

In Nashville against a Brazilian also makes sense though.

Hadn't thought of that. My first take was Vivi was too skilled but bow that you point out Casey's insane cardio will probably be too much for her

Yeh, mate. Vivi's cardio has always been her huge failing.

She could have very well been on a 12-fight winning streak right now if she had good cardio. She'd have had 10 in a row if she hadn't lost to Eye and The Chook, and she only lost to them because of cardio.

I think she could have beaten Ribas and Grasso as well if she'd had better cardio and could push a harder pace, but she just can't. You could tell against Grasso she was really pacing herself for the 5 rounds. Not saying she would have won, but with better cardio she could have done more in that right than she did.
