Airplanes are fully equipped with defibrillators and oxygen it's very unlikely she was not breathing for 10 mins unless she was declared deceased on the plane and it was not made official. Airline steward's are fully CPR certified or at least one of them are on pretty much all planes as well as pilots. I am sure there was medical personal on board especially heading to LAX.
