Cardio: Where to start?

    Hi guys i do alot of weights but very little cardio and i am planning on joining an mma gym in the near future. I'm looking to get in reasonable shape before i start so was just wondering if anyone could tell me or direct me on some cardio routines which would be beneficial to my training. Thanks.

    Best cardio for combat sports is to do the combat sport. Your cardio will get better as you go.
