Cardio that doesn't use your legs?

I would say a UBE machine. They are the only way that I have seen cardio, without using the legs.
 
pretend you are back in nam and drag yourself around your yard using only your hands.
 
Well you could try doing pushups from your knees in sets with little rest. I guess basically tabata pushups from your knees...should make it easy enough to do alot of reps. Or do pushups against a wall for time.
 
I did see the bicyle thing for your upper body at the gym today...i must have walked by it a thousand times and not gave it a glance but that would be perfect. Some poor old man was spinning it around and bobbling his head everywhere so it must be hard!
