Cardio DVDs

    Hi all,

    I am thinking of buying a workout/cardio/conditioning dvd as a supplement for my classes(wrestling). What do you guys recommend? I am thinking about the pit workout dvd

    why don't you just run/bike/swim etc... i never really got workout dvd's myself. i doubt they're all that great for conditioning.

    bas's are one of the best if not the best workout dvd's out there
