I used the search a few times to try to find anything on it. But alas Im either ignroant or it hasnt been blantanlty mentioned before.

Is carbonated water, (i.e. signature flavored water) bad for you? I know plan ol' regular water is best but my girlfriend hates the stuff and gets the sig waters isntead.

Tap water is really not an option because it taste like diluated bleach. I have a few gallons of 50 cent spring water too though. But the real question is for a change is the carbonated water bad?

I ramble too much.

Really? Id prefer Gatorade. I jumped on the vita water bandwagon for a bit and I noticed it made me too sluggish.

Carbonation doesn't kill the lining of your stomach. It destroys the enzymes that live there. We need those enzymes to digest food. TCM knows this.

source?

I too would like to see a source. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a small amount of CO2 is all they add to make it fizzy, right? By that logic, you shouldn't swallow air because it has a little CO2 in it as well.

Logic?
You can't compare swallowing air to drinking soda.
