I ran across this while surfing Youtube. Capoeira vs Street Fighter. It is less than a minute, and if it has been posted before, please accept my apology for the repost, if not, it's a must watch. I am still laughing.

Ok, maybe I am missing something here. I am not a big television or movie watching fan. Am I to understand that is a clip from a movie as in action/fiction? Thanks.

Really, which one, as in the name of the movie?

Ps. You can't pass third grade grammar, and I'm an idiot. That's a hoot.

Thanks, so was it actually part of a movie and filmed to appear as video or an actual video insertion from something someone shot? Ie., was the footage real or staged to look that way for the movie?

I never saw it, but one look at the title and jacket cover, and I am sure you are right. If it was shot by someone in the stands during the filming of the movie, and circulated to promote the movie, that may explain it. I was searching actual MT fight clips, and ran across it. Being tech-no and old school, I just assumed it was legit, as there is other art vs art video on there, and as I said, I don't watch action/drama fight films. Who has time to repost crap from movies on Youtube?

I've heard it was staged...just a low res camera shot from an actual action scene taken for the express purpose of going viral. Don't have the sources for that, but that's the "word on the street" as it were :D

Yeah, looks like I got "punked" big time. I hardly ever scroll down to check Youtube comments, because of the pointless negative remarks people leave. Anyone, that follows my posts knows, I really try to post content as opposed to crap. My apologies to anyone who wasted time reading this thread, and if a Mod would be so kind as to delete it, I would be in your debt. :icon_lol:

It's part of the DVD extras in Never Back Down. I had a guy at college show me it after he showed it to everyone else and kept saying how real it was when people said it looked fake. No doubt he was embarrassed when I said what movie it was from.

Let's be fair, at least Never Back Down was better than Fighting.

Granted, that's kind of like saying that World War 1 wasn't as bad as World War 2.
