Best riot ever in Montreal was when we won the cup in '93. It was like Mardi Gras, not even kidding. Hundreds of thousands of people in the streets, drunk, laughing, kissing, shaking hands, hugging strangers. St. Catherine's street was two streams of people, one headed east one headed west, and you high fived everyone heading the other way, tens of thousands of people.

When I watched the news the next day and saw the smashed windows and burning cars I was shocked. That had to be less than 0.1% of what was going on, and it was all they reported. All the damage happened in a very small area where a group of people took advantage of the GIANT party that was going on.
