Haven't watched the debate yet, gonna pop it on when I wake up, but I've heard people giving Singh props that I would never expect. Too bad FPTP is gonna raw dog the third party every time. Not that I want an NDP government, but I want a fair election. Bring on the runoff ballots.
Singh kept dropping cheap pops in there, felt more like comic relief. He's likable though.
Singh feels like an ethnic male version of May. They're the same to me, likeable, but big government/nanny state socialists. I'm getting really tired about the "climate crisis" nonsense, as though carbon taxes will actually do anything.
Trudeau and Sheer were acting like they're the only ones in the race, which is kinda true I guess
Sheer came off stronger by constantly ragging on Trudeau, calling him a fraud lol. The problem is that he'd answer questions by dragging the Liberals and Trudeau into it, even when they weren't relevant to the query.
Sheer has low energy though, and feels sketchy, status quo for him. He makes Harper look charismatic. I liked his answers on Carbon taxes and immigration better than anyone else's, outside of Max of course.
Trudeau was taking a beating all night. He got defensive, and felt like a used car salesman. No one came out great though, so I won't be surprised if he wins again, def a minority this time however.
The Bloc guy, can never recall his name, is a giant why bother.
Max came off like the only rational person up there, but I doubt he resonated with anyone not already familiar with him. Everyone was constantly speaking over each other too, taking pot shots, which he didn't partake in much, if at all. His part felt small in this
