Sure the fight was close and it could have gone either way but ever since the fight people have been shitting on him nonstop. Reyes performed great but we gotta give props to Jon as well. Dude displayed amazing cardio and he legit has one of the best chins ever, not to mention he is tough as fuck. He admitted that some of the shots fucked his vision but he kept coming forward.
Most people say this is clean Jones and even if that is true, his heart and toughness has not suffered one bit like most roiders who are too mentally dependent on steroids.
Jones digs deep when the going gets tough which is rare for him but a guy who rarely gets challenged, he steps up and doesn't panic or collapse.

The fight stats prove that Reyes out-struck Jones for the first three rounds. Also, Jones was never close to finishing the fight, but Reyes hurt Jones several times. Had him running away and panic wrestling.

But he was supposed to destroy Reyes? How do we know that Reyes is even good, Maybe Jones just isn't as good as we are being told every time. He previously to this fight fought against a middleweight reject, two actually, in a row. What happens if Reyes fights Smith and gets submitted in round 2? I only give Reyes respect because this was not supposed to happen, Jones is the end game boss and Reyes not only made him seem like the first boss in the game, but it was played on medium difficulty and then he got robbed due to incompetent judges. Joe Soliz obviously being the biggest idiot, earlier that night he gave Giles the 1st round against Krause and all three rounds for Ewell against Martinez.
