He said in the press conference that his team is totally working on it, but how could he be focused with serious charges like that? I think his mental state is not ready for this fight unless he has a sociopath personality which I'm sure he doesn't, or does he?

God forbid a Light Heavyweight UFC fighter tries to hide his sociopathic traits.

Anyone facing years in jail is worried about it a little bit

He really does seem unconcerned. It would be awkward if he wins the title and then get hits with 5 years.

since no one else has said it yet

hes got NO TIME to worry about it

Hell just use the same black magic he uses to KO mofos to beat the case. Hell be fine for now.

He doesn't gain anything by talking about it. Helwani was constantly trying to weasel information out of him and he just kept saying that he can't talk about it and it's in the hands of the lawyers. It's the right way to go about it.

UFC lawyers have most likely looked into it and determined nothing will come of it
If it was serious they wouldn't proceed with Oz and the fight, they wouldn't want that negative press attached to their card.

There's some that can lose themselves in one activity to take their minds off another. Maybe training is distracting him from worrying about the trial, rather than the trial distracting his training.

There's the very possibility that his lawyer(s) and the UFC's legal team have looked the whole case up and down and see no reason why it isn't an open and shut case.

99.9999999% he pays a fine, community service, anger management classes etc. at absolute worst he is on probation. Especially if this is a first time offense.

I know how he feels. I skipped jury duty once. Thug life

This
The fact its 2 guys vs one makes the self defence argument very solid
Unless theres camera footage or loads of unbiased witbesses to say otherwise
Bottim line thia has always looked like 2 assholes picked a scrap with the wrong guy and hopefuly the court case will reflect that

Fighting at that level takes so much focus that he prob dosnt have time to sit around and worry about that. Its not like he killed anyone.

I want him to beat DC but then he has to go to jail for a year and DC wins the belt back again.
