been on this site for years is there any examples of sherdoggers fighting even in the minor leagues

Uhm yes. Several UFC fighters or former fighters has accounts on here.
Bisping had an epic fight with Cyril on here.
Tank used to drunk post and got banned.
And you have posters with both ama and pro fight tag posting here.

Not so low number.
While ofc depends where they are located and $ you do have + do you have active license etc.

Standup stuff had some not old guys awailable to met in person.
For coaching in real gums too does have exist real ppl.
Grappling section in older times even had one Oly medalist in Judo..

Then some relatively well known in circles ppl from europe and guys teaching in BJJ and wrestling gyms.

Btw on guy from Standup forum even was scared that he can't get sutiable KB fight in U.S. If I remember his name was Kyle. His license was active and all OK.
Then was MMA guy from U.K.
Earlier was one guy who had lurked for fights in U.K forums...
I mean official fights with official records ...

Then other category are guys with career in other fields, old for competitions or no license.


Just tought talkers usually are non contact specialists and ppl who just are reading in in internet.

Another kind of ppl are ...hardcore trolls.

It was years ago.
It was pretty much those two flaming each other and wanting to fight again.
Pretty much lets meet up behind the school and fight.

We had a guy from TUF coming on here and starting flame wars before his fights.
I cant recall his name, he was the guy that stole stuff on TUF.
I think the flaming on here kind of gave him motivation for his fights.

We also had a few low profile people on here. The boxing coach from Xtreme Couture posted here, he was Martin Kampmanns trainer and gave me some info in PMs.

I seen people call him n00b and stupid on here.

Even don't have necessity for pro or am fighter tag.

IMHO for ppl talking here that TMA kick doesn't work ....might be cool experience to get a kick from Kyle or Noah.....
Noah does have proper power kicks.

Or the same @ Dexter. For boxing sparring . He isn't noob and does knows how to generate power....


Then, there a lot of ppl didn't had asked for am or pro fighter tag...depite had official fights under belt.
