I heard that King Henry the 8th had his wives killed and couple of servants killed but does the queen still have the power to just order people she wants put to death or naw. If not, when did the king and queen lose their power to have people put down on a whim.

I don't know but that'd be pretty cool.

If they did, they probably wouldn't admit it.

In the wake of William of Orange coming from the Netherlands to conquer England in 1688, he established a duel Monarchy between himself and his wife, with much power resting with Parliament. Since then the crown has lost steadily more power until we reach the present day where the Royal family has no real power as far as I know.

I'm not English nor a history expert, so somebody please correct me if I'm wrong

Death penalty was abolished in the UK in '98 ts. They wanna kill someone they gotta keep shit under wraps

Haven't you ever read "Alice in Wonderland?" She most certainly can.

because i was curious as to why he said it, thats generally why people ask questions. you just listing things did nothing to help
That was a mayberry response to an otherwise war room level thread. You would have royalists & republicans bickering. I'm not even a British subject.

Subject. LOL.
