i got my electrical impedence bf analyzer off of ebay.

they're a waste of money though.....you can't get an accurate bf analyzer that you can use in your house.

if you got abs, you're probably under 10%....go w/ that and save the $100

John Harden Calipers are the best calipers. Run about $600.

Don't ask me why they're the best. That's what my physical therapist told me.

There doesn't seem to be any super accurate way, just look in the mirror to guage your progress.
