Can someone explain me what a SJW is ?

Not trolling here, serious question.

I see a lot of people using this terme here, actually the first time I noticed it was on sherdog.

Of course I checked the meaning on the internet before asking. English is not my first language and I don't think Social Justice Warrior has a translation in French or Italian.

Do you agree with that meaning ?

An abbreviation of Social Justice Warrior, SJWs are people who believe or pretend to believe in "Social Justice" AKA ideas of white privilege, cis privilege, thin privilege, ableism, and patriarchy theory. This is often coupled by hatred for anyone who they consider "privileged" (cis people, white people, men, etc.) They're usually (but not always) white/Asian, upper-middle class females with a sexuality you have never heard of before. They will repeat the same mantra over and over, and will never change their opinion unless whoever is teaching them those ideas opinion changes. Their favorite phrase is "check your privilege." They use the website tumblr religiously.

Also Which personalities do you consider SJW ?

You'd think it's a positive thing, but it's just a bunch young people in colleges and fat tumblrites obsessed about privilege and racial justice to the point where it's somewhat racist.

Now the normal comment would be; "who cares? It's just a bunch of kids seeking a cause."
And you'd be right, however since they are young and media and companies wanna appeal to them, they think they represent the entire youth. Ergo their mission of having equal representation in everything is seeping in popular websites, films, series, webcomics, universities and so on. Now it's a very slow process and it will probably fail, since once they enter the real world, reality kicks in.

Companies will also realise that banking on their money will be futile. Point in case, the "SJW" rage about video games, but do not play games. Hence anyone that actually develops a game that would appeal to them alienates the demographic that usually play games, while appealing to a non existent crowd. Any such developer will quickly run out of business.

This is a very short and basic explanation, but hey, it gives you an idea. Mind you, I see more people complaining and bitching about SJW online then I see SJW complain about privilege.

While it is easy to see that white individuals in the US and other countries don't face some of the same issues black people may, SJW go as far to shame and blame all white people for this and act as if these problems today are much larger then they are.

Ok, so the kind of sensitive people who get offended by anything and find everything racist.

Just yesterday there was some kind of funny article posted on FB by "Le monde Africa" (African journal of Le monde french newspaper) about how Black people have diffuculties dealing with their hair.

Of course some dumb people in the comments (SJW if I get it right) were offended because the africans were called "blacks" in the title, then some africans responded saying that they have no problem being called "blacks".

The way the term is thrown about on here expands that definition tremendously to anyone that disagrees with certain people. It should mean, as should "alt-right", people who are ridiculously vocally extreme about their chosen cause to the point of making idiots of themselves while taking no actual action.

Pretty much this definition but I would just add that we need a distinction between them and real liberals. In taking issues to an extreme they actual abandon core liberal principles hence making them fake liberals in many regards.

And the next issue of course is that folks on the right throw the term around to dismiss opinions in which they have no real argument or just as an insult to actual liberals. They basically use straw man arguments.

The other distinction is that while being very annoying, SJWs are actually a very small group with little influence.

This is the reality, but you wouldn't think that from looking at the War room, because lately there are usually around 3-4 SJW related threads within the top 10 ten at any given time. So its understandable why someone from another country like TS would think that America is being overrun by transexuals, and that everyone on the left wants to turn people into transexuals and send them into our bathrooms.

However in reality, I don't think I've ever met a person from the left who is an actual SJW and I live in NY (which most people in the WR seem to think is a leftist utopia). Come to think of it, I don't think I have really seen many lefty posters on this board that actually agree with the SJW positions... In fact most of the SJW threads are just echo chambers of people bitching about SJWs unopposed.

lol, and what issues might those be??? the fact that more than 72% of black children are conceived out of wedlock??? You make your own issues I wouldn't bitch about them. There is not some white dude who got his job just for being white holding a gun to a black couple making them have babies without being married.
