This guy had prescriptions for like 5 types of steroids. He's had back problems. He's been retired from fighting for 5 years and he didn't have top level skills to begin with. With proper testing and at 41, doubt he can crack the top 15.

Most likely nope. Even with the division not that deep and HW can land and call it a night even vs the superior fighter chances are stacked against him.
It's hard to even give him a punchers chance since I anticipate him either tearing his back on the way to the octagon or gassing out of his mind within a minute if he miraculously manages to walk to the cage
He'd do much better in the OW tourney in Japan. I can see him beating every name listed so far. Not saying he would for sure but I can see him beating Baruto, CC, Wand, Fujita etc
