They talk about Costa being nutty, but people are quick to forget prime Lombard.
In Japan maybe
If you know what I mean.
Bisping called him a poison dwarf. lmao
Seems tailor-made for can crushing in Rizin.
He ain't wrong
Prime Lombard beats anyone. I sucks we missed out on Prime Shango.
He would've been the Yoel of WW.
Was it USADA? I thought everyone just figured him out instead. Guess that could make sense too.
Not in the USADA era.
Does "Prime" come in a 5 CC syringe?
Where the competition is a little easier..
If by comeback you mean come back to the octagon for a few more brutal KO's to his already CTE'd cranium, then yes. Yes he can come back to the octagon.
Lombard was always a big fish in a small pond IMO.
not in the UFC. Somewhere else where the testing is more lenient (Bellator?). With the Pico-Usada era beginning he still might have a chance in the UFC but I doubt it.
Him tossing around Shields is one of my favorite fights.
It's a shame the UFC didn't want action figures fighting anymore (Besides Jones of course).
in retrospect: USADA is whack lol Lombard was fun to watch
Lombard was a beast, he just made it to the UFC a lil late and his style never developed. The Hendo KO is still one of the hardest things for me to watch, that's one of the worst I've seen.
Not USADA it was him facing "UFC" level talent when that was actually a thing. He was an absolute BEAST in Bellator but their MW division was thin as can be.
posing dwarf lol. he really is only 5'7. Guy is very short.
I am sure if Woodley was given roids he would be even bigger and better than romero and lombard combined.
His age and USADA definitely hurt him, but I also think that Neil Magny fight really did a number on him. That was one of the worst stoppages I've ever seen.
Separate names with a comma.
