I know it's probably a forgone conclusion, I got some kind of bad rash from poison ivy or something for a couple weeks now. Would it be safe for me to go to class with this?

I can't tell what this is, which is not surprising, as I am not a doctor/dermatologist, and those pictures suck. See a doctor to be sure that rash is not communicable before engaging in any activity with skin to skin contact (rolling).

I wouldn't, but once the sebum dries after a few days it isn't contagious. I got that shit training once and the doctor had to shoot me with steroids, but he was touching it barehanded and everything.

no, if it is poison oak it will be excreting a liquid from the rash which will cause infection on others. Also, think about it; if you walk in and see some funky crap on the dude you are about to roll with what would your reaction be?

and go get some sun you pastey white bastard!!!!

No, no, no. Stay as far away from the mat as possible. Respect your teammates.

Agreed. I know I would stay very far away from you if I saw your rash infested leg in my dojo.

    No...

Be realistic, no one should train with anything that can affect others.
