I dont mean be able to break basebats with my shins and take full blows with a tiger cane for example to my forearm.

But I do mean be decent conditioned and stuff, like I take it medicine ball to stomach will be ok in moderation.

Or is the rule everything in moderation, put it this way I am 26 now and if I live to be 85 for example, I dont want to be in a wheelchair and find out it was due to thrashing the shit out of my body.

Sorry if these makes me sound like a wimp but I dont want to be the baddest guy in the graveyard type thing

Yes. Depends on methods in my opinion, but you can condition yourself through training, kicking bags, pads, etc.

Whats better - being active and healthy for 60 years or being lazy and scared for 90 years?

Bottom line is, if your worried about this, dont fight, but still train.

All in moderation.

Congrats on your blue belt Adam, its been a long time coming...lol

I'd imagine if you conditioned more for the long term and didn't try and harden up your shins as quick as you can your body would be able to handle it just fine.

your mind and body are capable of a hellova lot more than you are giving them credit for. train both to the extreme and i would imagine a longer AND healthier life for you

besides, chicks dig scars
