People here dont even understand staph and are just using it as an excuse for his gassing to Tony even though he gasses in every fight. The staph never hit his internals thus no fever and was allowed to fight. Was a flesh wound to put it succinctly and had zero effect on the fight

Yes, I believe so. He just needs to realize what is working an what is not during fights. Better game plans and when to use his energy.

He was giving Al problems on the ground but abandoned it and got lit up in those final rounds. Against RDA he was giving him problems with his reach and striking, but went for takedown attempt after takedown attempt to the point he gassed himself out and RDA reversed him. He just needs better conditioning. Tito Ortiz figured it out years ago when Frank fucked him up due to lack of cardio. Tito turned into a cardio machine after that.

Dude was gassing out and wrestling is more taxing than striking. He either keeps wrestling and completely gasses and gets finished or he trys to make it to the bell standing and hopes he won a decision.

He would get finished fighting Tony 8-9 times out of 10 in a 5 rounder. 3 rounds he can win a decision though.
