He's pretty young, had some bad losses but now seems to have found a great camp. Is he talented enough to become the champion or top 10 is the most that he's gona achieve?

With a favorable matchup yes but he will never be a dominant champ

Everybody on here hates on Lee, but let’s not forget he looked well on his way to beating Ferguson before he gassed with a bad staph infection.

Doubt it

Chin and cardio are real question marks

He's physically gifted and talented. If he can put a gameplan that works for his energy level he would be hard to beat. Not Woodley pace, but don't empty out in round 1.

If Fighter Kevin Lee is serious and stays off Queer Street his ceiling is very high

No, he really didn't.

He had some success but it was fleeting.

So what this things happen in mma, what fight was that? Its not like he's getting dropped every fight thats cherry picking
Nah Kevin Lee gets rocked in almost all of his fights. I get it, he's coming off a sensational victory....but it doesn't change the fact that he got KTFO by a BJJ guy with white belt striking.

he is young, he is at a good gym, he has the it factor, and he has real skills. If he tighten things up there is no reason he couldn't be a champion.

Would he beat khabib? Right now I am not sure anyone can do that. That being said khabib has already talked about retiring fairly young. In a future khabib-less division, a more mature more experienced kevin lee could be a nightmare.

But who really knows, some guys peak hard in their young twenties and drop to a 50/50 record by age 30.

With good power, of course he's no tony ferguson when it comes to chin but he's ok. A bad chin is like luke rockhold

he needs better distance control so he can choose when to engage. he's training with GSP now, if he develops just a little bit of the jab GSP had he can control the pace much better and not waste so much energy shooting shots to stop guys from attacking him when he wants to rest and instead use distance, takedown threat, and low risk jab to dictate the pace.

Good, but not great & unfortunately for him he's in a division where the top is full of killers.

he already has two things going for him that the champs doesn't

he has fought tony, and he has the balls to fight at 170 in the ufc.

Yes, I believe so. He just needs to realize what is working an what is not during fights. Better game plans and when to use his energy.

He was giving Al problems on the ground but abandoned it and got lit up in those final rounds. Against RDA he was giving him problems with his reach and striking, but went for takedown attempt after takedown attempt to the point he gassed himself out and RDA reversed him. He just needs better conditioning. Tito Ortiz figured it out years ago when Frank fucked him up due to lack of cardio. Tito turned into a cardio machine after that.

he need to be more agreesive like his last fight
if he work on his cardio he has the poetinal to beat anybody
