Can a sherbro please explain the title situation with Snake and Cejudo?

What happens if Cejudo misses weight? Is it still a title fight for snake? Is Cejudo stripped? Is it a non-title fight?

This is a different situation then Yoel vs. Whitaker, in that Yoel missed weight but was the challenger, not the defending champ.
