calorie intake

i've been trying to cut some weight for about the last month or so. i eat very clean and about every 2 to 3 hrs a day for about 6 meals a day. i normally consume 300 -350(1800-2100 a day) calories a meal with a good carb/protein/fat ration. the question is am i getting enough calories? i workout in the morning then i work in evening as a server where i spend the most of my time standing,walking,and carrying heavy trays of food. on my days off i train twice a day. please give some insight.
 
If you weigh 100 lbs, that's too many calories. If you weigh 300 lbs, it's not enough calories. Please give me some insight... into how much you weigh.

Over the past month that you've been consuming 1800-2100 cals, how much weight have you been losing each week?
