i've been trying to cut some weight for about the last month or so. i eat very clean and about every 2 to 3 hrs a day for about 6 meals a day. i normally consume 300 -350(1800-2100 a day) calories a meal with a good carb/protein/fat ration. the question is am i getting enough calories? i workout in the morning then i work in evening as a server where i spend the most of my time standing,walking,and carrying heavy trays of food. on my days off i train twice a day. please give some insight.
