You're a complete idiot. Conor's kicking is only used as a range finder? Did you not watch any of conor's fights. Did you not watch him totally destroy mendes to the body with KICKS. His kicks are freaken lethal.

The thing with this fight is Nate doesn't have to worry about someone who's goING to take him down, or perhaps more importantly take out his lead leg with vicious kicks. He just has to be Nate in this fight.

We've seen what kind of fighter he CAN be when that's the case.

If nate can get conor against the cage I can see him landing a nice throw on mac leading to a sub from top position. Conor has to avoid the ground at all costs. I wanted to see the RDA fight but I'm just as interested in this match based off styles. Nates size, volume, chin, and antics will bring a few things we havent seen conor have to deal with yet.

I agree with your points. Conor also doesn't have the heavy leg kicks which is key against a Diaz. I also don't think Conor will fight like Condit (vs Nick) even though he has the superior movement and is capable of it. Conor has the reach disadvantage for the first time in his career. Nate has some decent Judo too that he can utilize if he can get the clinch. If it hits the ground Nate can definitely snatch a sub. Nate has more ways to win this as well (sub/tko/dec).
