Calisthenics grappling routine?

I'm looking to drop about 15lbs and improve my strength and conditioning for grappling.

Can someone recommend a routine for me? Something I can do at home. I have a pull up apperatus..

Is there anything beside's Scrapper?
 
Scott Helvenston came out with a really good Calisthenics workout routine.
 
Would Stew Smith's 12 Weeks to BUD/S be a good grappling routine? Or shouuld I look for something more specific to the sport?
