Calculating Your Frame Size (for BF% Measurement)

TTT.

More guys need to see this.

Good find, this should help a lot of people out. Thanks, madmick.

Nice thanks man. According to that thing though, my ideal weight is 160 and the range is 144 to 176. I'm 175 right now and I have low body fat too.

These are just general recommendations for the general public; they do not apply to everyone and usually not athletes. We have a higher lean mass than average.

Not a bad Calculator really for large frame it has a person of 5'10'' at 170 max , if I lost the 20 lbs of fat on me would weigh in at 185 so its a fairly good gage.

the wrist method is BS if your under 22... since because your cartilidge grows everywhere till your mide 20s (including your wrists) you cant accurately predict how thick there going to be (thats why 185ish in highschool is considered a pretty decent weight if your not fat but considered average as an adult... you at around 20 pounds of mass naturally as your body changes from adolecent to adult)

Useful to know.

I don't think about these things, I'm done growing (thankfully).
