Cain's comments about his back (difficulty standing for extended periods of time, needing to use weed to brain, using cortisone etc.) make it sound to me like he has serious chronic pain problems.

Nah don't get it twisted, he pulled out without having to do it himself. He knew that NSAC was going to see his comments about having surgery after the fight and using weed to ease the pain. Cmon now if you knew someone was gonna have surgery after the fight and is using weed to ease the pain you will think he's crazy for fighting.
