Order notification was standard, no tracking available but not a big deal. Prices were outstanding, beating every major online retailer overall and on most individual items. I soley use them for online purchases because research has shown me that they are very competetive in pricing but the free shipping saves me a bundle. Boomer always answers my emails and busts his hump to get me the things I ask for. The only snafu was on my part because I tried to order the Red Clinch Gear shorts and somehow I lead him to believe I wanted the Urban Camo (which was out of stock). Rather than correct it, I decided I'd let it slide until my next order and he refunded the money before I even had to ask. Boomer is the shizzle.
