This is a high dosage coffeine item from a non natural source

Do sugar free monster energy drinks have artificial sugars?
I drink a lot of these.

It's sweet and sugar free. That always means artificial sweeteners.

I buy these 200mg caffeine (like Monster territory) sugar-free electrolyte packs you dump in water bottles. They taste like PEZ candy w/ baking soda. Theyre only like $8/40 on amazon atm and they taste great if you like alka-seltzer & PEZ. Just drink less if its too strong.

BEHOLD!

I quit drinking coffee in the mornings several years ago and felt way way better.
There was an initial rough period but that went away pretty quick.

I still drink coffee on weekends but my caffeine intake is much lower.

You make joke yes?

Edit- I have a faint memory you may have said in the past that english was not your first language, hopefully that explains this

He's not wrong
He is not. Edit - @RevolverOctopus that could be confusing I guess. The two nots cancel each other out, IOW = he is wrong and so are you.

Jokes are not as funny the second time guy.

I gave Trabaho the benefit of the doubt because of a possible english problem but you are not ESL are you?

If you are actually serious the world must be very challenging for you daily. If you hear something that conflicts with what you believe to be true maybe you should count to ten and then look some shit up so you don't risk looking dumb by giving a knee jerk reaction.

There are several technological tools that are excellent for that.

That's as polite as I can state it.

Lol bro how is it gonna be sweet if it isn't sweetened ? There are natural and artifical sweeteners. It can't be sweet without real or artificial sugar.
It's aspartmane or table sugar.
Artifical sugars are aspartmane and co.
Natural sugar comes from sugar cane, honey, agave ect. It can be more or less processed.
Sweet taste on the taste buds comes from sugar.
Best sugar source is maple syrup and honey.
I put the fake stuff in my coffee and habe processed table sugar when I eat cake or something else.
But I don't drink sodas. I do use honey.
My protein powder is unsweetened, just mix it with milk, honey and cinamon or unsweetened baking cocoa.

Sorry but that's not correct. Sugars are chemicals with definitions, classifications and distinctions. There are things that are sweet but do not contain sugar and are not artificial.
Stevia is one, Monk Fruit I think is another. And despite the name which could be confusing some "Sugar Alcohols". They are not really sugar or alcohol. Xylitol is one for sure. Erythritol and mannitol I think along with a handful of others I can't think of at the moment. One called Fucitol stands out in my mind just because it's fun to say.

So there are some sweet naturally occouring things that are pretty common in foods or as standalones, I given you two for sure. Common enough in the west at least that it's reasonable to think that people would know the distinction. There are canned pop products and coffee sweeteners at my local stores. Stevia and xylitol I am 100% about and are easy to find, the other ones I mentioned, especially the sugar alcohols, I'd have to look up to be sure about.

Then you said -"Sweet taste on the taste buds comes from sugar."
Not always...

Cheers

Correct. I forgot about Stevia. Did think of sugar alcohols. But to me they seem also not that much better than artificial sugar. Are they natural ?

I thought Xylitol was a filler for stevia products. I see stevia bags reasonably priced but it's 95% Xylitol. To me natural foods are the right ones.

Edit : so Xylitol is some man made chemical. So only 100% Stevia is good. Next gonna google sugar alcohols.

SOME sugar alcohols are natural 5 or 6 maybe?
Around here I think Stevia is most often combined with Erythritol, see the product I use called Truvia. It is naturall
I'm not sure you are going far enough with google but Xylitol is natural too. I'd think that all of these SA's COULD be man made if needed. That likely does happen if it is cheaper than extracting them from there natural source.
It's just chemistry bro, many many things can be manufactured by man IOW I think "man made" until you get down to the most basic elements, the first 98.

I used to drink 1-2 energy drinks a day (6-10 a week?) for the past few years.

I'm at 23 days of cold-turkey no caffeine.

I've switched to Liquid Death sparkling water and regular water (I used to also drink 48-60 oz of water a day and continue to, at least during the week at work).

I'm down to about 2-4 sugary drinks a week. (sprite, etc).

Im addicted to caffeine. Was on preworkout everyday, used it to workout everyday, but switched to coffee. Now have multiple cups a day. Can’t function without caffeine

Monster(original flavor) Zero Sugar is awsome. Its very underrated and many stored dont carry it for some reason. At my local store, I am the only one who buys them lol. It contains Sucralose which is not the best thing but does the trick and it provides a good zing to you.
