These guys arent prospects anymore, especially when a lot of these guys are world title holders and/or top 5 in the world.

Top prospects are guys like Joe Smith, Erickson Lubin, Jarret Hurd, Cowboy Karl

None of the guys on the list are ranked in the top 5 in their division other than Magdaleno.
I dont consider belts as indicators that a guy isnt a prospect anymore when theres 4 world titles, a lineal title and however many intercontinental titles/regular/interm titles.
