What are some good escapes for when you have your butterfly hooks and they stretch you out and wrap up both legs?

I learned one the other night that involved sitting out wrestling style and you end up taking their back

Try shrimping to the side to get a scissor guard from the knees down or shrimping backward and pulling your legs out of his grips. Also stiff arming his head to whatever side his hips are moving toward(keeping his entire body on one side of you) works pretty well for setting up some type of escape. Bascially shrimp like hell and block the ways he's trying to pass. You'll get something positive from that strategy.

I usually don't let them get that far. Push the head away and shrimp back. Break grips as they come.
