Anyone drag a tire behind them during their runs? If so, what kind of set up do you use and any suggestions?

I used to drag a spare tire attached to a home made webbing harness using a rope tied to the rim. But a sled is a much better option.

We use a couple different sizes of tires at our gym but the easiest solution, besides a sled, would be to just use an old car or truck tire and put a couple sandbags on top of it or weights on the inside of it depending on how much resistance you want.
