Going by that I'm going to say no. A barbell and weights would be a better bet.

I love how every product out there is quick and easy to use, it practically gets you in shape without you having to do anything. Getting in shape is a pain in the fucking ass, it hurts, it takes time, it takes discipline... if that's too much continue being a fatass or kill yourself

My dad has a bullworker that dates back to the 70's or 80's as well. Hopefully your dad has a barbell set to because it's much more useful. Don't waste time with the bullworker.
