Monday- Bench press x 30 reps...3 sets
Cable cross overs x 30 reps...FOUR Sets
PEc DEC x 40 reps...get crazy and feel that burn!
Barbell Curls - 100 reps....for 3 sets.
Cheat Curls 20 reps at a really really heavy weight
Push uPs to failure
Sit ups x 20

Tuesday - Bench press x 30 reps...3 sets
Cable cross overs x 30 reps...FOUR Sets
PEc DEC x 40 reps...get crazy and feel that burn!
Barbell Curls - 100 reps....for 3 sets.
Cheat Curls 20 reps at a really really heavy weight
Push uPs to failure
Sit ups x 20

Wednesday-- Bench press x 30 reps...3 sets
Cable cross overs x 30 reps...FOUR Sets
PEc DEC x 40 reps...get crazy and feel that burn!

SuNDAY- DELOAD REST just use something to keep that engine going...maybe one of those belts you wear that sends electric volts into your body to get that six pack.
