Building a rope?

    Here is a great workout for those wrestlers who dont have the space to build a tower. It still provides a great workout but does not require the space.

    All you need is a joist in your garage where you can hook a eye bolt to and attach your rope to the end. In the photo you will see how the exercise is conducted. Just keep your core tight and lower yourself hand under hand until you reach the floor. For those of you who are just starting try folding at the waist a small amount. Once at the floor just reverse and pull yourself up.
    And the photo is from like 1950 so his shorts are a little out of style to most...
