205 Buentello wiping out McSweeney in Legacy like two years ago.

with a bodyshot on the ground? jeez

"Come on baby, you know don't fear me fear the concequences baby"

What did he mean by this?

He made it to 205 won a legacy belt and lost it to myron dennis who is on the ultimate fighter now who also lost the belt after the paul fight

...and now Buentello is fighting a guy most famous for getting axe kicked in the ballsack who has two recent wins over a guy half his size.

MMA, you can't make this shit up.

He probably believed 205 was his last chance at any belt of significance before he retired, and once that didn't work out for him he said fuck the weight cut.

Wish Paul would come to bellator, he would fit in great.

Buentello is a hard guy to figure out, even when he was a HW he looked nowhere near his actual weight, looked more like a MW.

He hits nothing like he actually looks, he still seems to have a bit of fire left in him at the age of 42..he should be be fighting at 205 his entire career..he usually lost to any ranked HW, very solid gatekeeper.

Yeah he was 205 not that long ago, and has somehow already put on 60 Ibs. Paul has always been a journeyman fighter. I remember hearing interview with Javier Mendez saying that when Cain first started training he was beating the crap out of Buentello, and at that point Buentello was already a veteran and fought many MMA fights and Cain had zero.

I didnt realize he was fighting santos but id be willing to bet my house that buentellos takes it

There's a name I haven't heard in a while. How has Bellator or Rizin or even, ugh,WSOF not signed him? He's a veteran with a solid record who likes to brawl.
