I placed my order Saturday a weekago. 10 min later I recieved confimation and a tracking number telling me the order had already been sent from depot. 4 days later a nice package was left on my doorstep here in Auastralia.

I back this up.

I ordered a pair of shorts from Budo that I couldnt even get from TapouT's website at the time. To make sure of stock and size I called up and the dude even went into the back and brought the pair I would be buying out to make sure it was in stock.

Nothing but good things to say about them.

Great service. And awesome selection of rare instructionals,events etc. I bought the Masakazu Imanari: Super Grappling Technique dvd from them and it arrived like 2 days later. Awesome place. their dvds are expensive though, so if possible try to find out if they're good before you buy them.

I just got an order from Budo yesterday with some shorts (I'm doing a comparison for my site) and the pair of Forty Thieves shorts looked liked somebody stepped on it a bunch and then slid it around their warehouse floor, wrinkly and dirty. I'm going to email Budo about it and I'm sure they'll do the right thing, but in any case, it was disappointing.
