BSN NO Explode / Cellmass - How to use wisely?

Lets be honest, that stuff is to expensive too use it stupid... especially for guys in europe. I pay for both over 120 $ :( (Never the less it was a present so don't go too hard on me).

My trainings schedule:
Almost Everyday BJJ (sometimes twice)
and twice a week Liftingroutine.

I figured out, that its OK to use Cellmass before bed. Thats fine with me, but what about No Explode? Should i only use it for my Lifting or should i use it everyday, even on the off days?

Dude, go to a bodybuilding forum. I'm not trying to be a dick, but everyone is going to flame the hell out of you for using these products, even though I enjoy NO Xplode.

About the NO though, I was using it everyday for the first week I used it, just to get my body used to it, then up the dose and use it before workouts I suppose. That's how I did it and it worked fine for me.

Since you have them and they were free, by all means use them. (I will use damn near anything that I can get for free)

That being said, I wouldn't buy the supplements again. The products cost way too much money when you could get the same benefits for much much cheaper (especially at those European prices). Once those products are used up stick with creatine monohydrate for your creatine and caffeine for your preworkout stimulant. Your cost to effectiveness ratio will come out much better.
 
For you dudes who do use caffeine, do you use just no doz or vivarin?
 
The arginine is the ingredient in NO products that gives "the pump", and it is either useless or detrimental to health and performance. The other ingredients that cause an effect on training are creatine and caffeine. Both of which can be bought for, literally, pennies a serving.

Or...fuck...whatever you call change in Euros. Mini-Euros?

There is nothing in Cellmass or NO-Explode that is effective that can't be found elsewhere for far cheaper and without the bullshit other stuff.

There, now you know. So the next time you get some Cellmass or NO-Explode for free, you can send it to me.

Dude, asking about when to use it shows you're not familiar with what's in it, or what it's for. It's not a vitamin or something that you're taking to make up for a deficiency. It's caffeine, basically. Take it when you're tired and want a pick me up.

Because it might be toxic, and it it's not it's no better than just taking creatine monohydrate. With cm there is no concern about toxicity, with CEE there might be.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but the supplements you have suck. Give them to someone you don't like and get them hooked on it, then sell them the next ones you get for free for a jacked up price.
 
Oyaji Poi is spot on (as usual) with almost everything. The exception:
Serving size: 200g

Ingredients: Caffeine ------ 200 g per serving

It's 200mg not 200g. Although it would be interesting to find out if your stomach would react in time and puke it up before your heart exploded if you took 200g, I doubt it and don't recommend trying. You can also pick some up at TRUEPROTEIN.COM for $3.99/ 100g. That comes out to just under 1/8 of a penny per serving. There are a couple of our regular members here from the UK who could direct you to a better place that wouldn't cost as much on shipping either. I believe myprotein.com may be one. (Not a link, cause I don't know, but you can c&p)

I get a little wired after taking NO Xplode, if I havnt used it in a long while.
If you use it every day, the effect will be smaller.
Use it before lifting, and maybe if you could need an extra energy-boost before jitz.

Take Cellmass twice a day. Post workout and before bedtime.

Well you must not "ask" much, because you don't know shit. Where are you getting your recommendations from? And where do you get off dismissing everyone who's commented so far? Cellmass is a pile of trash, it's just glutamine and a bunch of different forms of creatine, all of which are either less effective than monohydrate or potentially harmful. Telling the TS that is just being honest, not "flaming".
 
I need to revamp my NO-Xplode review, specifically for this site, so it can be stickied. There's a new question about it every week.

BTW-It won all of the bb.com awards again. It's interesting that a product containing an ingredient specifically shown to reduce muscle size has become known as a "mass builder".

Use the Cellmass immediatley following (or towards the end of your BJJ and weight routines).

10 minutes after the cellmass slam a protein drink ... the high carb content in the cell mass will shuttle the creatine and protein/AAs into your muscle quicker.

I dont asvise using NOexplode before BJJ because youll be to amped up, youll get too pumped, and training BJJ can be taxing enough on the CNS without adding a bunch of caffeine.
