3 fights on a pelim show, two good bouts to get it started... then the blanket brunson stinks up one third of the prelim show

awesome.

I'm drunk and displeased!

Derek "Wet Blanket" Brunson.

and surprise surprise, He is a jacksons fighter

Blame his opponent for knowing that he's a wrestler and still getting tossed around with 0 resistance at all.

Blame the guy who has never seen a TD before tonight. When you try to escape once and you're content with having another person in your half guard, it's your fault.

you don't like watching him dry hump someone while Greg Jackson calmly gives him praise ..."Good work Mr. Brunson"

Useless wrestler.

Knows he can't capitalize on ability to roll with sweaty men so he fights not to lose.

Muh control!

Fantastic fight.
What a display of superior technique.

Loving my fight pass.

brunson is coming off a FOTY candidate, he gets a pass.

Let's just ignore the fact that he's coming off a 60 second headkick/RNC finish and the most underrated fight of 2014.

let me guess. you have never seen any of Brunsons other fights. OH an all those boring jackons fighters like cerrone, swanson, jones, bandao, arlovski, marquardt, condit, dodson, perez, browne, mir, marx, etc, etc...

I'm commenting on what I observed tonight.

What I observed is someone who resolved to control his way to a decision after failing attempts to be dominant in any other element like damage and aggression, hence fighting not to lose.

Is there some inaccuracy here?

Larkin did nothing but throw everything he had in every strike making it easy to get the takedown. It's like Larkin has never heard of a jab. In the first round Larkin was more than content to use mission control and just try to hold Brunson down.

How does this detract from anything I said?

Brunson resolved to control his way to a decision after failing attempts to be dominant in any other element like damage and aggression, hence fighting not to lose.

Again, have I erred anywhere in this?

Failing to be aggressive or cause damage, yet landed over 50 more ground strikes, and went for multiple submissions.

Larkin is to blame for the fact that he seemed as if he hadnt trained his wrestling at all. A fighter used his superior background to win a fight. Shocker.
